Services & Pricing

Three tiers. One philosophy.

Every wedding gets the same intake, the same care, and the same one-event-per-day rule. The tiers reflect scope.

$4,000 + travel & lodging + equipment

For destination weddings where you want one person handling music and production. I source local AV vendors, manage rental contracts, run soundcheck, and own the entire audio chain.

  • Everything in Artist Only
  • Local AV vendor sourcing & contract management
  • On-site equipment setup, soundcheck, operation
  • Single point of contact for all things audio

Equipment rental typically $600–$1,500. Vendor invoices paid directly by client. No markup on equipment.

Pricing Philosophy

Day-of Reception Direction and the premium intake process are how I work. Not add-ons, not upsells. Some DJs in this market itemize "MC services" or "consultation calls" as upsells. I don't, because the night doesn't work without them. The local tier is inclusive — what you see is what you pay.

For destination weddings, travel and equipment costs are separated for transparency. You can see exactly what's craft, what's gear, and what's getting me there. No markup on travel, no markup on equipment.

For unusual setups — multi-day cultural celebrations, residencies, weddings with dedicated production vendors — reach out. Custom scoping conversations are free and honest.

To Be Clear

I don't do photo booths, fog machines, monogram projections, or "DJ packages with photography included." Other vendors do those well. I focus on the music and the room. If you need those services, I'm happy to recommend trusted Pittsburgh partners.
