For weddings where your venue or planner is sourcing AV equipment. I bring the music, the craft, and the day-of direction. They bring the gear.
Travel & lodging arranged and paid by client. Typically $800–$2,000 depending on destination.

$4,000 + travel & lodging + equipment
For weddings where you want one person handling music and production. I source local AV vendors, manage rental contracts, run soundcheck, and own the entire audio chain.
Equipment rental typically $600–$1,500 depending on region. Vendor invoices paid directly by client. No markup on equipment. Travel & lodging arranged and paid by client.

A Couple Who Flew Me In
We're from the US, but we got married in Italy. Local DJs didn't quite have the music taste we were after, so we brought in someone from the US who would understand it — and it was worth every bit of that decision.
